Nothing. They are often better than "fresh" since they are frozen immediately after harvesting.

C'mon, people. I remember spending most of the '90s making fun of how terribly people ate back in the '50s and '60s, how they didn't know anything about cholesterol and fat, how they put cream of chicken soup in everything, how they ate lots of eggs and bacon, etc. Well, it turns out those old birds lived to a ripe old age, and it's only now in the 21st century that we are overcome with obesity and our life expectancies are going down. I don't think it's time quite yet to make fun of how we used to eat.

Hated tuna noodle casserole, but now I make a damn good, heathy version of it and I love it

they've been that price since I graduated from HS in 1991. Meat that cheap makes me very very nervous.

I am moving away from almost anything that comes from a box except crackers and cereal. I don't eat most prepared meats...hotdogs, processed ham, turkey etc. I seldom eat prepared soups anymore. I'm hoping these changes will help with weightloss.

I have to chuckle at the waldorf salad...my grandma used to make it. I didn't love it as a kid (or hate it) but occasionally I'll get a scoop of it if I see it in the deli case. It reminds me of my grandma. Martha Stewart has an excellent recipe for it that doesn't call for mayo. So so good!!

The Waldorf Salad is great...without the nasty dressing.

Lemme guess, you "only eat fruits and veggies and look and feel SO much better." You don't understand why everyone doesn't eat this way. Your only source of protein is lentils but you just adore them.
