My son is heading to Penn State. So, I am not a Penn State hater by any means but it is surprisingly easy to get in if you are OOS and you apply to certain colleges (Education and Agriculture). |
But that could be said of a lot of flagships, including UMD. If you apply to CS/eng, you need high stats, in and out of state. If you apply to Ag Science, you don't need high stats especially if you come from a lower performing area. |
