Governor should veto the tax bill - 4% sales taxes on maids, landscapers, hair dressers, plumbers. . PLUS car tax on landscaper equipment. Are you kidding me?? Spanberger pledged to make Virginia more affordable. Her plans are coming to fruition. If you can't understand how these taxes help, I'm sorry that public school failed you.

Adding here to contact your representatives if you believe tax burdening our maids, landscapers, hairdressers, and plumbers is unacceptable! This bill should be withdrawn or amended, or vote NO!

Minnesota had a surplus when Walz became Governor but it quickly evaporated. Expect the same to happen with Spanberger in charge of VA.

I don’t understand why they want to raise taxes. What will the money be used for? That’s a whole lot of tax increases. A lot of businesses choose to be in Va because it (previously) had been regarded as a business friendly state.
