Consequences…. Here is a bit of history
Following his release in 1974, Lieutenant William Calley moved to GA, and lived a regular life. He stayed out of the public eye and worked at a store. The former war criminal died in a Florida hospice last year, after his 80th birthday. Who else was held to account after the ongoing conflict in/around Vietnam. Can we name them? |
lol sure. Legally justify the first strike- civilians in a boat posing no threat to the US. Now justify the second strike two men clinging to boat wreckage. You can not. No lawyer would give the okay on these strike because they are war crimes. You are not a former judge advocate. |
Guilty on 22 charges of murder. Released by republicans and Nixon. Glad you recognize what has happened as murder.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Calley This sounds like something the Israelis would do. When all this Venezuela boat murders go to courts-martial there will be no interference from a friendly president or SecDef to reduce the sentence. |

This kill order has been leaking out for months. This is why the democrats released the do not follow illegal orders video. All the evidence is out.
Lot more stuff to come out with other incidents. Brace yourselves. |
please elaborate |
They have been no where near US waters. And not one has been capable of reaching US waters without mid-journey refueling multiple times. |
Hmm. Should we believe this anonymous DCUM MAGGAT or the military times and the former JAGs that sent a memo declaring that these were war crimes? A group of former military lawyers issued a memo Saturday condemning Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for allegedly ordering a special operations commander and military personnel to kill everybody aboard an alleged drug-carrying vessel on Sept. 2. https://www.militarytimes.com/news/your-military/2025/12/01/former-jags-say-hegseth-others-may-have-committed-war-crimes/?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=fb_mt&brid=pf-5ILpXFSioPnbCSwzGgw |
Yes, we know the far left now wants to litigate the existence and validity of the U.S. military and render it a rogue operation that needs to be disbanded, and then, great news, Israel will fail! |
Yes, it always comes back to Israel...you don't care about the reputation and integrity of the U.S. military or even the people on the boat and their families, but the priority is always using everything and every circumstance as a prop to stick it to Israel. Selfish. |
This is laughable. I suspect they'll destroy another drug boat today or tomorrow. |
These right-leaning individuals have also questioned the legality of Hegseth’s orders. - Sen. Roger Wicker (R-MS): As chair of the Senate Armed Services Committee - Rep. Ok, please, please PLEASE cite the law under which even the first strike would be considered lawful. |
Dear "former judge advocate," You're not very precise with your language. The boats "can" be legitimate military targets? That's like saying a building can be a office; a pencil can be a weapon; a bicycle can be a sculpture. What's at issue is if the boat(s) were legitimate military targets, posing a real and imminent threat. Also find your use of the word absolutely kind of JAG-ish, but nevermind. |
ok, that's all and good, but give on on trying to find a technicality that is going to cause Trump's demise--this strategy is not going to work. |
| make that un-JAG-ish... |
