| Trump isn't taking the rap for this. Pete is on his own. Of course, nothing prevents Trump from being prosecuted at the Hague, given he is the Commander in Chief. |
More likely an arrest warrant from the International Court for crimes against humanity. They have an arrest warrant for Netanyahu from the three judges on the ICC for war crimes and genocide. In response to the court’s decision The United States has put the three judges on a sanction list typically used on terrorist, drug cartels and dangerous wanted criminals and Putin. There’s also a warrant for Hamas military commander Mohammed Deif and other top leaders that alleges crimes against humanity and war crimes. Lindsey Graham told the ICC chief prosecutor, Karim Khan – himself sanctioned – that the ICC was “made for Africa and thugs like Putin, not democracies like Israel”. And apparently not meant for the US either. |
It won’t be that elegant. He’ll hide in a bunker with a small cache of guns, a ton of liquor, and his terrified pets and family locked in with him before any legal proceeding kicks off. |
The U.S. is not subject to international law, no matter how much Mamdani threatens that we are. |
lol. Exactly. She’s so freaking pathetic. |

Hegseth is likely guilty of war crimes, but since we are not at war, he is just likely guilty of crimes including the murder of innocent civilians.
And even if the US isn't a signatory of the ICC, Hegseth can still be brought up for charges there. |
| Steven Miller needs to go join the Netanyahu administration. The hard core over there see no problem murdering the rest of the Palestinians who are on “their” land. They are open about being cool about genocide. Miller is a real psychopath who’s behind our supplying murder weapons to Israel |
| Now that Trump has "closed" Venezuelan airspace, how long before some commercial airliner is shot down full of "drug smugglers"? |
Are you in grade school? Anyone with half a brain knows the US has signed multiple treaties that most definitely require the U.S. to comply with international laws. Read a book or do your homework and stay off this board until you graduate from college. |
Please show the proof that there were narco-terrorists on any of those boats in the Carribean. And. if there were survivors, wouldn't it make sense to take them in, question them for names and locations and work up the chain? |
Nah. We instead pardon drug traffickers who smuggled in hundreds of tons of cocaine into the US. Go big or go home! |
