They got some alexandria and arlington too |
Well since you’re only going to have about 4-6 remaining with McLean GA Minor League about half is right according to your numbers. Now the exodus is going to be in the other direction. |
Where are those players likely to go? Back to DB at NVA? |
nva may have openings if they go GA. This shyt is a mess all around. Lol |
GA may end up being stronger than ECNL in DMV for this age. McLean, SYC, and Loudoun are the top 3 2013G teams. Will good players really leave good teams to go to a better league? |
For sure until the college recruiting landscape changes. Everyone will go ECnL that knows any better |
Maybe |
If you’re right, then the natural thing for McLean players to do would be to go to / stay at Union. McLean must believe a critical mass of its players will follow it to GA or they wouldn’t do this. |
Still no announcement via normal McLean channels of communication. |
U13/14 for ECNL Mid-A is a ridiculous travel schedule. |
SYC’s “why GA?” sales pitch on its website contrasts GA and ECNL travel for ECNL clubs. If McLean and NVA join, it will be even better. |
It is coming soon. You heard it here 1st ![]() |
A lot of this thread has been focused on the girls side… what about the boys side? Esp the younger years - 2013 and below. The Green teams for these younger years should have presumably been slated for ECNL and now would got to MLS Next II and play against “Team 2” from other clubs (eg SYC and Alexandria Team 2s). And likewise, the white teams will now be NAL (against “Team 3s” from other clubs who do NAL in addition to MLS Next). Does this make sense? Are the younger team parents happy about this? |
This week brah. |
Don’t all of you go to ridiculous u-little in Florida and Texas? Now travel is an issue? |
