Really? How so? Oh, nvm. I see that was just wishful thinking on your part.

She's old and middle aged. Her new material is nowhere near as successful & catchy as her early stuff. Pop music has been taken over by much younger singes like Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Sabrina Carpenter, Grace Adams. Notice how Taylor desperately tries to orbit young women, both singers and 22 year old Caitlin Clark.

I would not say she's "middle aged", but she's getting a little too mature for the mystery boyfriend schtick that has defined her career. She has three to four years before she ages out of the glittery bodysuit and boots. That will look ridiculous when she's 40.

She will also lose a lot of the angsty Millenial fan base if she gets married. It's dumb for a married woman to sing songs about her mystery boyfriend of the month.

She is stuck in girlhood and needs to come up with a plan to grow into maturity. I’m not sure she and her parents have one. Didn’t she say pop stars were washed up at 35? Typically, maturity comes with a sense of responsibility toward society and others. Maybe she will come up with a foundation to help young girls and women to express her creativity.

DP. She - more than any celebrity I can think of - has contributed SO much toward charitable causes. Are you not aware of this?

NFL is rigging the playoffs so it’s Kelce brother vs Kelce brother. The retired brother played for Philly and now he & his wife will be the lead personalities for two weeks. Fake league.

Many of her new-ish songs about "mystery boyfriends" at all. She has plenty of topics she can sing about.

She is mostly boyfriend angst and staged relationships complete with photos with her mouth hanging open. That's what she does over and over in different cities wearing different clothes. And people pay to watch the same thing over and over because they think a billionaire who hangs out with celebrities is just like them. She certainly markets herself well.

Guarantee the Chiefs win the Super Bowl and Travis proposes to her on the field after the game. It’s soooooo predictable.

That's not going to happen, precisely because it IS so predictable.

It’s happening. Get ready for it. Then he and his older brother will shotgun the beer brand they own - Garage Beer.

Such BS.

It absolutely felt like it was rigged and all the shots if Taylor felt like they were trying to sell me on it. Like "we need the chiefs to win but look, Taylor Swift!"

Yuck.

Of course I have it is made into a big deal. Most celebs and billionaires establish a foundation so their giving is more targeted and helpful to those who are in need. I was just saying she should establish a foundation (as many billionaires do) to allow her to have more impact than just that about food banks.

Too bad she doesn't get to sing her boyfriend/vagina soft rock at the Super Bowl

She is a good model because:
She truly loves and values her parents and brother.
She doesn't have any children with baby daddies.
She is incredibly generous and donates huge sums to food banks and other charities all over the world.
She is - by all accounts - an amazing employer who treats everyone with whom she comes into contact with respect and kindness.
She's a loyal friend.

^^^Agree! All of the above.

“She’s a good girl loves her mommo
Loves Jesus And America too
She’s a good Girl Crazy bout Elvis
Loves horses and her boyfriend too.”

And her popularity will be "free fallin" soon.

I wrote the Tom Petty lyrics. I don’t think she will necessarily lose popularity, but you do have to wonder how many more people there are out there to convert to her fan base. She doesn’t appeal to everyone, just like the perfect “good girl” in Tom Petty’s song didn’t appeal to him. At a certain point, she will run out of places to expand. She can still make money off of her current fan base and run circles around everyone else, but recruiting a huge segment of new listeners/fans will require her to distort her “good girl” image in a way that would be damaging to her.

She doesn’t need to expand her base. She can go deeper with her existing fans and offer more products…

Do you think she will be able to transition as her fans outgrow the era of glitter bodysuit and boyfriend songs?

Eventually fans age and leave a lot of their "young" music behind. This is what happened to Katy Perry after she took a break. When she tried to come back her fan base has aged out and left her. I think this will happen to Taylor if she does not develop a more mature point of view.

Her fan base grows and isn’t getting older. Ask my 11 year old and all her friends and their younger sisters.

It totally is fake. I was watching NFL Network and every commentator confidently picked the Chiefs. Now it makes sense because they are all paid by the NFL. Go Eagles.

Maybe they can play the Taylor sweater song for player arrivals.

I think it's called "Mah Sweater."

No, I don't like her. I love her.

Anonymous wrote:There’s tons of pushback on sports talk about the NFL rigging Kansas City games for her. Men are tired of seeing her on camera.

The whole thing is just too much and too fake.

And why was she in the suite with the young WNBA girl acting like best friends? You’re 35 years old, the basketball girl is like 22? It’s weird.

You’re at games to support a bf and hang out with his family. But clearly that’s not her motive to be there. It’s a circus.

This is hilarious! Men are tired of seeing a woman on camera. What's the rest of your thoughts here? SURELY You're not suggesting the NFL stop showing her because the "men are tired."

Some men do complain about the attention she gets. They are usually right-wing incel types.

+1
It’s ridiculous. The novelty has mostly worn off and they barely show her. There is literally nothing to complain about.
