There is one opening next year in southern VA, about a 90 min drive from DC. Peopel will be making the sojourn there.

Oh, the really big gas station? What's the appeal? I feel like I know people who have complained about getting their credit card numbers stolen there...

Buc-ees has over 100 gas pumps at some locations. Also heard the average customer spends 30 minutes there and that their BBQ is great. Known for really clean bathrooms. Their saying is “potty like a rock star.”

Nordstrom Rack, Saks OFF 5TH, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Walmart. They all gross me out. Not pleasurable shopping experiences at all, plus gross patrons - Walmart is obviously the worst in that regard.
