Crime rates were terrible, but it was mostly gang members killing gang members in bad neighborhoods. What's going on today is different. Now you are getting a gun pulled on you when you're putting gas in the car or have some questions about your Verizon plan or buying shoes. It's different.

Uh, urban youth, don't seem to have a conscious or empathy or any sense of decency these days. Obviously not everyone. But there are a lot of feral teenagers and young adults in DC. It's a problem

In addition to armed robberies of individuals in Navy Yard during commuting hours, Lululemon was also robbed at gunpoint tonight. So much for relaxed holiday shopping. This woman was followed from the metro and dragged on the ground as they attempted to remove her coat. Thankfully, others heard her screams and intervened, no one was shot.
