HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I think you’ll be surprised that a lot of voters feel this way. Remember how the right’s great achievement of overturning Roe came back to bite them in the midterm? For every action there’s an equal and opposite reaction.

Sure. Go ahead and make him your candidate. You’re not picking up Dems or Independents with these indictments.

+1 a lot of REPUBLICANS may feel that way but you sure as heck aren't convincing regular people to vote for him in a general

It’s all that but what allowed some of this to happen is his developing dementia. He was able to mask and be a better villain decades ago; he is not longer the capable person he was in the 80s, hence admitting under oath and on tape to crimes. But the GOP, having “gotten away with” having one President with dementia, thought they could do it again.

Reagan announced his Alzheimer’s diagnoses 5 years after his second term. After he passed away, his son, Ron, publicly stated that “something was off” while he was in office. Ron’s half brother refuted the claim and that he was just trying to promote his book. Isn’t Trump’s doctor legally bound to disclose dementia? Regardless, I think you’re right. Will it be his get out of jail card? Just kidding, Trump is too narcissistic, and will play martyr to his base until the end.

Has the news about Trusty been confirmed? That's the only thing that has really surprised me here if so. Seems bad.

Trump bleated it himself on truthsocial. This is a BFD. Lawyers jumping ship means the MF is going to jail.

Trusty was doing a horrible job, so this actually doesn't seem like a bad decision on Trump's part. From reports, it sounds like Trusty had Trump convinced he wasn't actually going to get indicted. That bubble has been popped.

You are living on another planet altogether with this train of thought.

Oh it all good. Judge Aileen M. Cannon will sort this out. Bet she issues an arrest warrant for Biden’s kid while declaring Trump is innocent.

Yeah. As a federal employee, I could completely bring home hundreds of classified documents, and then refuse to give them back. /s

I’m bringing to think Elon’s “genius” was overrated.

Good point. The President is just like a rank and file federal employee...

The remaining GOP voters are living on another planet, and that’s by design of the billionaires who run their party. Much like homeschooled fundies who don’t even know what they don’t know about the world, same thing with true believing Republicans. They have no idea what any of this means because they’ve been fed so many lines for so long about so many things; see the GOP PP above making absolutely no sense about Hillary’s case vs Donald’s. They don’t know what crimes Donald is accused of, the evidence that we know they have for same, why it’s a crime, why you can’t just declassify and take things willy nilly…

So, you are arguing that TFG is above the law and should face no consquences for his actions?
