Are you CRAZY. Pap smears have saved hundreds of thousand of women. |
Extremely rare. |
Nobody is forced to get a pap smear. |
Extremely rare except tor the hundreds of criminal cases annually, you mean. And those probably represent a fraction of the actual rapes occurring. Maybe 5%? Yeah, extremely rare, indeed

It was written in an era that bears no resemblance to the world we live in today. I am am fine with castration and not at all fine with assault weapons. |

The Constitution was written in a much more cruel and violent world than we live in today. Women sufferes as well as men. I find the opinions expressed in this thread appalling.
Haven't people followed the news about exonerations? |
| Agree in theory but in practice too many innocent people will be castrated, same reason I oppose the death penalty in practice but agree in theory. The truly guilty deserve the worst but if innocents are subjected to it, even a small number, it’s a grave injustice. |
MANY of us think there should be no death penalty. Not b/c some people don't "deserve" it but b/c mistakes happen in identification, evidence, etc. It's the ultimate price that cannot be taken back. Additionally, I feel the state should not have that ultimate power. |
Not as rare as you think. A lot of the behavior of women would be considered rape if the genders were not revealed. Entering a bedroom of a sleeping person with the intention of having surprise sex with them. There is no constant there. Some women get it in their head they want to have sex with you and will not take no for an answer. It is easier for the man just to have sex with them and be done with it. It’s fairly common and I have seen this happen to boys, men and gay men. Oh I know you will say all men want sex with any women. You are not really forcing yourself of him. Therefore it is all good. |
There are people trying to make that happen, actually. They're right-wingers. But it's something the left should look into. A new Constitutional Convention. |
