What's something that you get really sick and tired of having to explain to people?

So annoying! Educate yourself before asking something so ridiculous.
I am not protein deficient now nor have I ever been in the 7 years that I have been eating WFPB. In fact, I can actually strength train and grow my muscles substantially(mind-blown).

Actually we don't need you to explain anything. Don't talk about your diet or restrictions or meal plan.

Thank you very much.

You mean if someone invites us to dinner or a wedding or anywhere and when we order, eat, whatever a veg item and people ask you this same question, we should just shut up? Is that right? No. Thank you very much.

Exactly. Your problem is you feel the need to tell everyone about your very, very, very virtuous eating.

Nope, we really don't. The fact that you just called it virtuous tells me, though, that you know we made the best choice. Lol

Ummmmm it’s not 2020 anymore.

Tell that to the 1,243 Americans who died of covid yesterday

Why Breast Milk is best.
Why having an intact and functional family is not a privilege but a choice.

To clarify, you find yourself explaining over and over that breast milk is best? Who are you talking to, and why are you talking about it over and over?

Well, it's a better substitute. So give that up.

NP. I'm a vegetarian and this is true. People ask. I respond briefly, people get weird about it. I will say that over the past several years, people in general have become more accepting of vegetarianism because it's more common now. They still ask why I'm not eating Uncle Bob's smoked ribs but I don't get as many questions asking why, and do you eat fish and what do you eat for protein, and what if you were lost in the wilderness and all you had to eat was a deer, would you starve?

I'm ok with those questions as conversation. What I'm responding to is the other pp's request to stop talking about my vegetarian diet. Simple answer: stop asking.

Telling the kids, I’ve longer than them and know what I’m talking about on certain matters of life.

Exactly. The obsession that people have with what other people do or don’t eat is crazy.

This is not true.

Clicked on this thread to say exactly the opposite. The people who are most successful in business and law are not necessarily the smartest. Those with innate genius-level intelligence may not be able to parlay it into being successful.

That's true. Work ethic is important too.

So are the advantages and opportunities that come from being high SES.
