Gardening. I started a covid garden and had done little more than sustain houseplants before that. It bloomed and it really touched something in me. I get it now!

I love it! Pop in some earbuds and listen to music early in the morning while gardening - so enjoyable.

It makes me feel like an old timey shopkeeper sweeping the street in front of my shop, or like my grandfather sweeping his work area. And it is crazy how much better the front looks when the sidewalk is swept.

Im going to start! I have always picked up litter around our neighborhood downtown. I think neighbors must think im crazy, but it’s so satisfying.

I like picking up the house and making the rooms look pretty and fresh. Im actually not hyper clean (really not at all) and out house has stuff/clutter, but i like corralling it and decorating with it. I think of it like playing house when i was a kid.

One thing i dont love is cooking, but i make myself do it under time pressure. I hate meal planning in advance, so its always last minute.

Just polished my teens docs with her-each of us had a boot. Sublime! I missed my calling to be a shoe shine I think.

Cutting my own hair (short). So cheap and quick!

I like to clean the drains - removing the hair and soap gunk is satisfying to me. I used to liken vacuuming but we have hardwood now and it’s not the same.

I took my kids to Calvert cliffs to look for shark teeth and I weirdly loved it-like, I could have spent 8 hours doing it.

Whipping egg whites to a stiff peak.
