Was she though? Did she say "my child is going to have explosive diarrhea occasionally because he's on Miralax" or did she say "he may have to poop more frequently because he is on Miralax". IME, Miralax doesn't give explosive diarrhea, it just helps a kid go more frequently, so I would not have expected the explosive diarrhea.
