There aren’t just evangelical schools. I pay tax dollars towards the public schools. If I don’t like what’s being taught there, I should be able to use that money to educate my child as I see fit. When charter schools are required to provide busing, have very simple applications, and can’t kick kids out, then we’ll talk.

Unfortunately, it’s an issue at the college level, too, where paying students expect to be treated like paying customers. But that’s not know it works. Educational institutions are gyms, not restaurants.
