Agree about the hot chef and love her clothes! |
The best dressed character on the show is actually her boss, Sylvie (played by the actress Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu). |
100% agree. Beautiful clothes with a slight edge. Emily looks juvenile most of the time with her excessively matching clothes and bucket hats. |
Agree. |
He’s third hottest for me. |
We’re not supposed to think Emily is well dressed. Everyone knows she looks like an idiot. |
My issue with Emily's clothes is that they are supposed to be a couture version of street wear. But that look doesn't work when you're a narc and social media obsessed Basic white girl from the wealthy Chicago suburbs. I still can't figure out if Darren Star wants Emily to be an object of emulation or scorn/ridicule. There are moments where we are clearly supposed to empathize with her and "take her side." But she's also just so horribly vapid and navel gazing. I guess Carrie Bradshaw was the same way. That's why I view Emily in Paris as the true successor to SATC - it's moving through the same character arch. |
Yessss, who cares about Emily. Gabriel is smoking. |
I think this show would be better if there were a lot more sex between characters other than Emily. |
Disagree. I think she’s boring. Love how they style Emily. |
The voice on her roommate is really spectacular! Also, Gabriel is fine. |
Eek. No. |
She comes across as basic as can be. |
Gabriel is okay looking to me, but nothing special. And he’s SO boring.
Alfie is the hottest man I’ve seen on TV in awhile. They should hook him up with Sylvie. I can’t think of anything likeable or attractive about Emily. She has nice hair I guess. |
I love the Dutch photographer (sylvies boytoy) So hot |
