No one will do that. Also, not clear that a team that didn't make the bracket will get a lot of names through.

Any parent that mentions a full ride in a conversation, run away quickly. Not to say it can’t happen but it would be really rare.

Most scholarships will range from 10-30%. And not all schools are fully funded for lacrosse. Do your math. Add up all the club fees, the extra lessons, the showcase events plus travel. For many they will have spent $40-50K over their club lacrosse years per child.

This is why parents should think long and hard about events like AS. Is the juice really worth the squeeze. The costs add up quickly and the return is not great.

This is very true. And this is what the average girl gets. But, there are also girls who land 60-80% scholarships as well. There is Hope. You just have to play your cards right

One would have to be a really special player for a school to allocate almost one of its 12.6 scholarships to a single player. Again, it can happen, but this would seem to be the rare exception and certainly can’t be the rule when teams typically carry 35-40 players. Not all will be on scholarship, but still a big group to split scholarship money with.

You are probably in the minority then. Others don’t want the hero’s competition coming back.

It’s not that I don’t want them back. It’s that they thought they were to good to stay back here and play. So I want them to stay where they are so that when we get to Capital we can beat them

I’m not petty, I just don’t care

So, you don’t like the fact that parents were dissatisfied with their clubs (in this case 4 BLC and 1 NL) and decided to sacrifice their time to get them on a better lacrosse team than ride it out on teams that were not giving their daughters the best experience? That, to you, makes those parents think they are better than you? Hmmm. Maybe they are.

They won’t respond to you and logic. Folks think they know what is best for everyone and nothing will change that.

Assuming their kid automatically makes Capital is LOL

Unfortunately, with the number of losses they had, they will be lucky to get two girls nominated under Honorable Mention. Which is ashame because there is Some talent on that team

1 2nd team and 1 HM. Pride and M&D representation.

You would be more likely to win Mega Millions tomorrow than convince me this was posted by someone other than one of the parents of these girls. Anyway, congrats to your daughter!

Looks like it was pretty formulaic. First place teams got 5 first team and 4 second team places plus an HM. Second place got 4 and 3, and so on. Teams that didn't make the playoffs were wedging in just a few players. NY Upstate who came in second, and DC-VA tied in regulation, had 8 players on the lists. Colorado, Connecticut, NY DS, Midwest, and Florida all had just 2 like DC-VA.

Yes, the more you win, the more players you get on the All-Tourney teams. As a result, it doesn't represent the "best" players because you could have a few great girls on a bad team. That said, if your daughter's team didn't fare well, and she made the list, good for her.

I mean the entire tryouts doesn't represent the best either, but I see your point. A lot like the IAAM all Conference teams.

If you were on a team that made it deep into the playoffs, it would've been much easier to make. Teams at the bottom only got a couple selections.

So, what is the projected CLC Blue 2028 breakout between Pride, Stars, BLC, NL and Other?
