Do soft lightweight pants exist?

Anonymous
Looking for lightweight pants for spring.
Linen is too wrinkly.
Leggings aren’t always appropriate.
Jeans are too hot. (Do lightweight jeans exist?)

Please help me find an option that isn’t some baggy wide leg pant.

I’m 5’4”. 128 lbs. Big pants overwhelm my frame.
They don’t have to be skinny fit but not too baggy.

Like Joggers? These pants are owned in multiple colors by nearly every woman in the DMV.

Light chinos?

I don't think linen is too wrinkly. You just have to embrace that it's not going to look starched.

You may be the last person on the planet to hear about the Ruti On the Loose Work pants. They're worth it.

Vuori has lots of options in addition to the aforementioned joggers. The Miles ankle pant, the Elevation Ankle trouser, and so forth.

The satin/silk and satin/silk-look style from places like Reformation are super popular now.

Alex Mill has lots of options in cotton and twill, like the Anna or the Hudson.

I tried these and they don’t really work for petite people.

These are very soft. I have several pairs. Caveat I’m only 5’2” so they’re full length on me.

I was just about to say Ruti On The Loose.

Also all of the athleisure companies have what you are looking for. It's not just leggings anymore.

NP. I hate the way joggers look. They remind me of kids wearing pants they've outgrown.

Aren't those the barrel legs that make the wear look bowlegged? Pass.
