| Taking a trip with an overnight flight. I’d love a stylish, comfortable outfit. Usually I wear jeans, even on flights, but this will be longer than my normal flights. Any recs? I’m 42 and my teen has taken most of my athleisure. Figured I’d get something new |

| I like Spanx Air Essentials. I wear a regular t shirt, the black quarter zip, and the black wide leg pants. Feels like PJs but I don’t look awful checking into my hotel. You can find knock offs but I still like the Spanx the best. |

| I have the Athleta version of above. It’s not bad and then I change for the day when I arrive at the hotel (assuming red eye). |

I'm not hip to all the best athleisure brands, but recommend dark colors like black or navy to hide any spills or dirt from an outfit that will be worn for that long. I think monochrome outfits look the most put together.
Other than that, my best tip is comfortable jewelry you can sleep in, like small flat studs. No hoops, large pearl studs, or bracelet stacks. |

Done wear any jewelry to security check or on long haul flight. You can always wear it on arrival airport or little before your flights land. |

I tend to wear long maxi dresses as I get cold on flights and a cardigan and stylish sneakers.

| I don't wear a bra on a long flight. That's the most important thing, for comfort, for me. I drape a scarf to hang in front to visually distract. |

In addition the Spanx mentioned above, I recommend the Zella whisper knit collection. I have these plus a matching sweatshirt and they are my go-to for red-eye flights:

It feels cozy without feeling hot ever, which is why I like it for overnights because the coziness helps me sleep and relax. |
