| A good steak is nearly $20 a pound now — it used to be around $10. We can’t even enjoy a simple nice meal anymore. Having kids feels financially impossible, and even with a bachelor’s degree, it’s hard to get ahead. I’m not saving anything at this point. |
| Yes with real estate at a high, it is great for me as I had 8 investment properties with 4 sold and 4 fully rented until 2028. I am good. |
| Nope. I make more hut it gets eaten up in higher costs at the store and elsewhere, mind you I'm.sjoppimg at places like Aldi and Lidl and not buying much food. |
| Nope. Used to eat out 1-2 times a week. Now it’s maybe once every 2 weeks. |
| No. My kids are two years closer to college, for which the cost has gone up more than our net worth. |

Yes
Stock market higher |
| Definitely so. |
The big education cartel needs to be dismantled |
| Yes, but only because I bought a condo in DC in 2000 (before everything became crazy expensive) and I invested in tech stocks and my 401k early. Otherwise, everything has gotten more expensive. |
Fast food became a luxury under Biden Mostly the forced minimum wage but also money printing on steroids |
Biden is not the president and hasn't been for a year.. |
So, take a break from beef. Watch for sales. Pork is cheap. Chicken is affordable. Be creative. But, I don't know where you shop, but i can purchase steak for well under $15/lb. Except for tenderloin and that type of cut. But, I can pick up sirloin at a reasonable price. Of course, I grew up in a frugal household where steak was a treat--not a staple. Beef prices will go down in a year or so. There was some disease a couple of years ago that required killing cattle. It will come back. |
| I am, the country is not |

To be honest, my wealth and income have gone up a lot in the last two years. I''m optimistic the trend will continue.
I don't attribute that to Trump. In fact, I'd say his policies have been a drag on me. |
Inflation was 3% when Trump took office and its not any better now. |
