The 3 restaurants to which you take your family most frequently

Here (2 kids, 3 and 5):

Jaleo
Zaytinya
Sakana

I found that Tapas-type foods work well with kids.

McDonald's, McDonald's and McDonald's. We never go out to eat with our kids.

Bonefish (and they always seat us at the exact same table)
2Amy's
All sorts of other random places....
Anonymous
Sweetwater Tavern or Artie's
Santini's Deli for pizza and sandwiches
Red Robin

Clearly, we aren't as classy as others...

Agreed on Jaleo. Also, Bread & Chocolate and any diner/pancake place. We mainly go out for breakfast or brunch together -- dinner is just asking for trouble.

Seriously? Zaytinya? The food is great, but it's a pretty loud place regardless. Great for groups, but if you're looking for a romantic date night, it's not it.

(Not the OP.)

Spring Garden
Dusit Thai
Ledo's

(OB) Nice try. We go there for lunch, not dinner. In any case, as a previous poster said, "quiet" at Zaytinya is't in the cards, especially not at dinnertime.

3 & 6 yo active boys - Corner Bakery, Starbucks, Einstein Bagels (Can you tell we do breakfast out alot)

Dinner is much more seldom (due to the activity level of the boys - not fun to spend $$ on food when you're exhausted at the end of it from telling the children to settle down:

Hamburger Hamlet, Chipotle, Bethesda Austin Grill (until it closed).

I second the mcdonalds...or panera if we are really feeling fancy

I think the op might just want to brag at how fancy of restaurants she takes her kids. I have a few friends like that.
