Who do you think is going to win and why?

The wilder the posts here about Harris the most desperate I figure the Trumpies are, although I concede that is not a real measure

I just heard about the Puerto Rico thing tonight. It does not seem like a real story to me. There are precisely zero voters in this country who were leaning towards Trump but changed their minds upon getting some CNN anchor express concern about some bit performed by a comedian they've never heard of.

More generally, news coverage of the rally has felt like editorial content.

It’s not that they heard from a CNN anchor — it’s that they heard from their friends and relatives, esp. the ones back home. In that sense J Lo and Bad Bunny are different in scale but not in kind.

I mean if you just heard about it you clearly aren’t Puerto Rican. At this point the Archbishop has asked Trump to apologize, the newspaper has asked people to vote to send a signal.

And that goes to another point— anecdotes are suggesting a lot of these voters were going to sit out the election but now they have a reason to vote.

You could say this whole thing doesn’t change anything— we all know who Trump is. But you can all say this really reminds people and crystallizes what Dems have been saying about Trump for years.

Trump is going to win, and it will not be as close as the polls are indicating. The reason: Trump is much stronger on the economy, immigration, and national security. These are core issues that resonate with all Americans. Surprisingly, he is even more relatable - as evidenced by his recent trips to a Bronx barbershop and the PA McDonald’s. This explains why he is making inroads with unions and minority men. We are now in the home stretch and other than abortion, not being Trump, and being pretty good at accents, it is not clear what Kamala stands for.

"Yet Kamala is the one pulling ads from North Carolina tv because she’s losing badly in the state."

That lie came from this Breitbart (Steve Bannon's joint) article and was picked up without verification by other news sources. Harris has actually purchased $2 million more in ads. Spend some time in NC so you can see them.

Harris is having a campaign stop in Raleigh today. https://www.newsobserver.com/news/politics-government/election/article294623959.html

Wow, you already know what all the voters in the entire country are thinking and going to do, huh? Amazing!!!!

Trump will win. The more it looks like this, the crazier the Vance’s (soon to be former) neighbors get. More signs. More flags. More mistreatment of their children, though “they can’t help who their parents are.” I do have to give credit to his ultimate troll neighbor with the Sherrod Brown sign, and the custom “keep JD in Del Ray” sign. Can’t wait to view JD on Rogan.

Ugh. I just don’t get how millions of people might actually vote for this flaming pile of orange dog poo. People suck.

Flinging orange dog poo at foreign adversaries is necessary sometimes

Why do you think that is?

This is just really sad. What hypocrites these people are.

This Puerto Rican can tell you that you are completely wrong if you think those comments won’t change anything. I have friends in Arizona, Pennsylvania and Florida sharing the video on their social media.

They were already voting for Kamala in all likelihood. It's not going to change anything, especially now.

Sure it is. It motivates people to vote. It makes no difference who you support if you don't actually cast your vote.

I'm looking at the polls and it looks like it will be hard for Kamala to win. I guess go out and vote if you are a Democrat.
