Did you watch any this season?
How was last night's? Ariana Grande was on. |
Here a thread about the cast of this season.
https://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/1231810.page Didn't watch last night. Saw opening night weeks back. Their election season ones are usually spot on. Not sure about the guy playing Vance tho. |
I haven't watched much. It hasn't been great since the big exodus of Aidy, Kate, and Pete. |
The cold open was pretty funny. That's all I tune into these days. |
Horrible show with woke cast. Lame. |
You say woke like it’s an insult. It’s not. |
Do you watch? Because I don’t think you would consider Che and Jost woke. They were cracking jokes last night and literally saying out loud it’s the 1990s to underscore their not-PC jokes. |
Haven't watched SNL in 10 years but occasionally catch clips on social. This skit cracked me up and I thought, "damn, SNLs still got it!"

I've loved it this season. My whole family is watching it now---my senior citizen father, me, and my tween kids. Maya Rudolph has been hysterical and to have Dana Carvey back as Joe Biden has been a treat. The George Washington dream sequence II was also hysterical--great for any student of the English language.

Thanks for posting! Had fun watching it again. So freaking funny. |
Yep, witty, smart and cute. Love this type of skit! |
This week's Family Feud opening was funny too. Love the political skits. |
“Let’s move over to President Trump’s lovely wife, Melania,” indicating an empty space at the contestants’ table. After a pause, he added, “Oh, she ain’t here.” “It’s so strange,” “I could have sworn she was standing right beside me two years ago.” |
Last week was really funny. Last night was pretty bad. Even the cold open was a little flat. I'm already tired of Dana Carvey's one note Biden. |
Didn't even know that show was still around. I remember it in the 1980s, was funny then, but by the mid 1990s it went to crap. Thought it finished up around early 2000s. |
