Soccer
Are you serious? |
We are Loudoun, so no dog here, but from what I saw, Keeper won Arlington the bracket in a shootout and the girl that left our club to go to Arlington didn't score a goal (heard she has struggled to fit in and score and has been terrible). Hard to fault the keeper when the score line for your team is nil.... We used to lose to them, but we've caught up in athleticism and Nicole is a better coach than the current guy they have. |
STOP ANONYMOUSLY BASHING KIDS YOU A**H%@E*. Get a life. - Viva mom (and, yes, I'm purposely including that to get you to chomp down on something different to attack - leave the 12 year olds alone) |
Why are you so sexist? You think the poster has to be a man? I have heard worst from the soccer moms. |
| I think it’s unfair to bash the goalie. A goal is the teams fault. There are so many mistakes(both physically and mentally)made on the offensive side of the ball that go unnoticed by the parents crowd - offensive player not tracking back, selfish play, turns overs, not seeing the open player, head down taking 1v3, etc.(Add in the clearing from the back that looks like a pass to the other team). The offensive players can make 9 out of 10 mistakes and the only thing people will get on is the goalie. |
|
It’s insane to bash any 11-year old. You people are f@cked up and I’m glad your season has ended for the year...most likely into the Fall.
If I was that keeper’s dad (or mom!), I’d come kick your spineless @ss! |
| Complete douches. |

Wow, hard to believe some of the parents on this thread and the things that come out of their faces! The Arlington goalie like any kid tries their best and works hard. I second the other poster that is glad this season is over before it starts. You guys can pickup trashing the 11/12 year old girls in the fall. It would not suprise me if the parents/posters bashing the kids in this post are doing so as their child likely does nothing in any game and makes zero impact. If the parents that trash these kids are brave enough they should walk up to the respective families and say their thoughts to them!
This thread appears to be a toxic mix of VSA, PWSI, Loudoun, Arlington, SYC and McLean parents all going back and forth about U12 soccer like total morons. Some of the girls that are being bashed in the threads will end up with NCAA DI college offers and scholarships while the posters' kids will be struggling to play at any level past HS! |
Loudoun has a dog or why say something! Another entilted douche bag NOVA parent LOL Please state your name vs bashing kids like a keyboard warrior! |
I agree with the critiques. But I would not assume it is a Loudoun poster. It could be an Arlington parent criticizing a child’s teammate or an Arlington parent whose kid did not make the red team and also may want to make Loudoun look bad. |
It’s most likely a red parent. No one else really cares. Seriously it’s the top team at Arlington but not close to a top team in the state. Top team parents alway talk, whisper and point fingers during the best of times. When things go wrong and you know changes are coming it gets worst. They have delayed DA selections earlier in the year because they are making changes. Arlington has had a year in DA and sees what type of players they need. The current red team does not project well. So there will be changes. If you are familiar with Arlington, the age groups below 08’s are getting more technical training. |
| Right so you're saying that Arlington is magically going to come up with a whole new 08 DA squad out of nowhere and then keep those players on red next year at U13 |
Are you really this concerned about little girl soccer during a world pandemic? So Arlington |
It’s DA. Yes they may replace 1/2 or more of the starters when the u13 season starts. At u14 the team will look to do it again. I really do not know what you are looking at. The red team looks nothing like the Richmond Strikers and its not just coaching. You will see more teams like the Richmond Strikers(or better) in DA vs CCL teams. |

No soccer until next year...when most players will have developed (physically and talent wise) very differently by then.
No need to talk about current teams/players. They will all look very different next year. |
