I got caught up on the last 3 episodes last night. Here are my initial thoughts, I guess we'll have to wait til September to know for sure!!

- Toby - clearly back into a depression. My guess is has to do with baby stuff. Maybe another miscarriage.
- Kevin - The article someone posted said something about looking for a half sibling from his dad's time in Vietnam. My guess is it more likely has to do with Jack's brother who (maybe?) died in Vietnam.
- Randall - not sure about this one. I do think it's someone who is sick or dying. Could be someone totally out of left field - maybe Deja's mom? I was trying to remember if Beth was in the vow renewal scenes... though it doesn't matter since that was Kate's dream about the future, not reality.
