| I was wandering around target and took a look at the frozen meals. I haven’t purchased one of these in years. Do people still buy these things? Like frozen chicken with gravy and mash, pot pie, or frozen Mac and cheese? |
| The punctuation was supposed to be a question mark. I’m not that excited about this topic. 😆 |
| Yes people do! That's why they are selling them in stores! |
| Yes, try Rao’s lasagna! |
|
Yes! People in my family like pot pies, Stouffer's lasagna, and Stauffer's Grandma's Rice Bake (which is 1950s-style gloop). Sometimes we even buy the stuffed peppers! Pierogies from Mrs. T's are a regional delicacy!
Teen boys like frozen burritos! And I like breaded shrimp! We also buy more bougie frozen food at Trader Joes! |
| No, if you check the expiration dates you’ll see they’ve all been there since 1987 |
| Have you eaten at a restaurant in the past year, or ever? If so, you’ve eaten frozen food. |
| Frozen steak fries or crinkle fries are fun and quick. |
| PF Chang’s pad tai frozen is nice on occasion |
I eat those regularly. I stock up when they're on sale. |
+1 Rao’s has a couple of other good ones like meatballs or 4 cheese pasta bake |
| Frozen veggies or even precooked items are a tier above the sad, sad frozen meals like Hungry Man with a sad entree and 2 sad side items. |
| Gross. |
| A whole aisle in the grocery store that no one ever purchases in! I think you should stop wondering OP. |
| I bring them for lunch to work when I don’t have time to meal prep. Can’t afford to eat out every day, a frozen meal is 1/2-1/3 the cost of a fast lunch out. |
