I wish they would just go away and let us have some peace.

I think schools should be open. I also think that now that I am at risk my child should stay home for now. Duran seems to have forgotten life continues outside of his bubble.

You’re welcome to keep your kid home.

Who runs that account? They seem to have a lot of time on their hands to retweet things into the void. There’s very little liking or responding going on.

Maybe the School Board and Duran will ignore them too.

I'm definitely not an APE advocate, but SR is the opposite coin side. Too extreme for me.

We will go back to school five days a week. Depending on how everyone behaves will depend on whether hybrid even comes into play.

Just get your jab and wear a damn mask inside, and school will remain open.

Literally no one is advocating for schools to close. This is fake news, Fox News, Trump style.

Like Biden said to the Republican governors, help or get out of the way.

What do you mean by “now that I am at risk?” Nothing has changed for your risk level since they did the learning mode survey.

Well, the U.S. just set a single-day record for the number of children admitted to the hospital with COVID19. This is from the HHS.

Go bury your head in the sand if you'd like and call it fear mongering. The rest of us call it reality.

Ok. Reality also is that kids will be going to school masked.

How many of those are unvaccinated over-12? What do the “rest of us” call that reality?

+1 Someone keeps posting and is obviously showing their inability to adapt. The rest of us are flexible and can bend to keep up with the times. Their steadfast refusal to accept the changes in reality is mindboggling.

Adapt how? By having kids wear masks? Ok. By doing DL for all? Hell no.

Face it: we may have to. Until kids under 12 can get vaccinated it is a possibility. Being hysterical and burying your head in the sand won't do you any good. Set up a back-up plan now so that you aren't scurrying around like an idiot if it does happen. I am not saying is is gonna happen, just that it may happen so you should plan ahead. People like you are the people for whom DL didn't work last time; do a better job adapting and it will be better for you this time IF it becomes necessary.

X 1000- and get everyone in your family to wear a mask in public! Don’t wait for the mandates.
