You’re not the one with the crazy… I think the pandemic triggered mental health issues for some people. |
Here it is for all the posters who just want to believe Duran is here to always screw them over.
https://lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp604.exe?212+sum+SB1303 Never post again how Duran can "change his mind" |
Shrillest emotion is the APS parent motto |
I think the past year and a half as an APS parent has triggered mental anxiety over school issues... |
DP. Not altogether irrationally, though. It’s been tough to watch the decline. |
I think the parents suffered a damn decline. APS did fine with the hand they were dealt. |
They pretty much folded. So if you're a fan of sitting out hands, I guess they did fine. |
Except they didn’t. I just think there are a lot of obnoxious miserable know-it-all parents on here that need to chill. |
Duran and the SB absolutely folded. They threw their hands in the air and gave up without even trying to get kids in school more than 2 days. No instruction March-June 2020 etc etc.. pathetic leadership that pats themselves on the back.. |
+1 Get help. |
Duran wasn't employed as superintendent until June of 2020, hth |
Duran didn’t make the spring decisions as he was not superintendent until June. Can you imagine having this sh1tshow dropped on your lap? |
True - but he will forever be remembered as the superintendent who cited "monumental logistical challenges" for getting kids in school more than 2 days/week. When nearly every single district surrounding us was able to figure it out.. he gave up.. at our kids expense. |
Stop lying. FCPS was only able to open up more days at some schools. |
Exactly. Hopefully APS/SB can just ignore the insane parents this year and focus on the kids. |
