| How are the Arlington 07 Red boys? Is GS a good coach? Is the team given the same attention as the ECNL team or are they treated like they don’t really matter? |

DP. Some people are waiting for lower team invites, and it would be helpful to them to know how the process is going. Not everyone is a crazy top-team-or-nothing parent. |

I don't have direct experience of Grant although he is the age group director which may indicate something (or not). The red teams are definitely not treated like they don't matter, although they are fairly separate. However the top 3 - 5 red team boys will practice once a week with the ECNL team, with one or two typically moving up each year - Arlington are good at this. |

I'd try to find a club where the kid could get playing time and be neither the star nor the bottom player- that would be best fore development. I would not want to have my kid on a team where they never played |
