Perhaps but Gerardo Ramirez is the absolute worst coach because he cares only about himself. He is arrogant, stubborn and has an enormous ego. Uncreative, unprepared and lazy are qualities he exhibits in his practices and game tactics. His players don’t care for him and it’s shocking Arlington hasn’t acknowledged the obvious. His 07 and 04 teams are strong despite him because of their very strong talent level. Vienna got rid of him, Arlington should too.

P.S. Gerardo is worse as a person than he is as a coach.

My son got his offer. While I am sure many on this board would scoff, it is for a better team than where he is at in his current club, so we are very happy.
