250ish — DH doesn’t drink coffee, but often drinks Ahmad brand tea with breakfast. I use the Bestpresso pods (0.33/pod) for a daily latte. I use store brand milk. I get coffee or bubble tea out once a week in pandemic times.

I do starbucks 3-4 mornings/week (nitro cold brew.) I have been going in the entire pandemic at 6am (healthcare) and it starts my day on a delicious happy note.

$130k Typically Major Dickasons, in a drip maker. Or Starbucks ground on sale. My partner prefers drip, but I use a French press or Moka pot when he’s out of town. Sometimes we buy from local or smaller roasters as a special treat. I really love a small shop close to home (hi Ididos!) so will occasionally go pick up a togo coffee there.

$220 or so. Whatever coffee comes in our CSA supplemented as needed with whatever local brand is on sale (in DC, we’d get Mayorca or similar. Think 10$ or so for 10oz). We buy whole beans and grind them and use a timed normal coffee maker.

In the summer I make my own cold brew or drink the cans of La Colombe. I also love Starbucks cold foam cold brew.

I am not a snob and will drink hotel coffee, gas station coffee, whatever coffee is around when I’m not home, but: Never sweetened. Ever. I occasionally put a small amount of sugar in my afternoon decaf tea but never in coffee and haven’t since high school. I also hate flavored coffee. My in laws love hazelnut coffee and the smell makes me gag. I don’t think if it as a HHI thing, just a personal preference. When I made less money I didn’t like flavored coffee either.

Our HHI is 260k+

DH buys us coffee from SB most mornings. Our coffee machine is currently broken but once we get a new one we will be making coffee at home.
