Tommy did us all a service by, in college, pointing out what a horrible person (boosted by rightwing billionaires) D’Souza is.

He should have been proud of that. Taking down the billionaire-funded right is an uphill struggle. Seems appropriate to mention here.

Good grief... we know the Raskins and they are very nice people, but the political indoctrination was strong in that piece. Leave Dinesh alone.

He is a federal felon and conspiracy theorist so no don’t leave him alone and it’s a proud moment when a child stands up to evil.

Maybe it was pertinent to their tribute in ways that are not fully evident to everyone.

No one paid attention to Dinesh D'Souza anyway.

He called out privilege in an intentional and relevant. way.

So proud to have him represent me. He is one of the best members of Congress this country has.
Another +1
And a third.
Yes. And for him to have done such superb work for his country at a time of the worst heartbreak a parent could imagine.

We must think of a special way to honor Jamie Raskin. Maybe name a school or a street after him?

+1. It made a beautiful tribute political. They should remove it.

It’s crazy how people bring out their bill on a piece about their son. So gross. It’s a moment they/son were proud of. Please try and mute your narcissism - it’s appalling.

+1 Congressman Raskin and his family can write whatever they want about their son. It doesn't sound like Tommy was apolitical. Not sure why folks think the Raskins should have censored their son's beliefs. I guess it's "free speech for me, but not for thee".

He absolutely destroyed the Trump legal arguments today. No opposing counsel on Earth could prevail against that showing in front of an unbiased jury.

I don’t know how he is doing it.

Utmost respect and admiration for Jamie Raskin. The man has head, heart and soul and is utterly brilliant. Can we please draft him to run for President? VP? AG? Supreme Court?

He is an American hero.

Completely agree. I've been voting for him for years. Mr. Raskin, you are an impressive man.

All that work and hype, and his case was destroyed on Friday.

Seven Republicans say otherwise.
