Does anyone for one hot second think the kids are unsafe with him or that whatever his faults that the relationship with the kids should be blown up? She of all people should know a damaged parental relationship can screw up those kids for life. Awful.

Are the non-bio kids seeing him, the ones with age to decide to see him? If they are not seeing him then something is amiss. No amount of parental alienation can cause them not to see him 100%.

Clearly you are not familiar with parental alienation. Manipulation forces the kids to view the situation as black and white and to pick one side, one side only.

+1 my best friend experienced that as a tween/teen. Thankfully her father never gave up on trying to reach her. In college, and away from her mother’s constant input, she reconnected with her dad. As a 30 yo it’s her dad that she is extremely close to her and her mother who is distant.

That’s my take. Didn’t Jennifer Aniston say years ago he was missing a “sensitivity chip?” Emotionally abusive doesn’t seem like much of a stretch. Plus he has been seeing his kids under supervision this whole time so obviously he did something on the plane.

Angie strikes me as a very functional long term heroin user. There was a video of her high on opioids back in the day and she honestly still has the same sort of look.

That's a legal tactic. It has nothing to do with needing his money and everything to do with wanting the judge to declare her the prevailing party.

In other words, he would have give up a lot and would have settled early on if this were true. I have no doubt that things got ugly between them but am very skeptical about anything rising to the level of abuse.

I'm skeptical too. From what we can tell the courts have consistently sided with Pitt after he did outpatient rehab ands worked to rebuild his relationship with the kids. Yes a narcissist who only cares about winning even at the expense of her kids' mental health. Horrible.
