Are your kids' teachers almost all white women?

Because ignorant people have been brainwashed into believing that diversity for the sake of diversity is the ultimate goal, when in reality it shouldn't be in the top 50 items of consideration.

I’ve worked in several high schools in my career and the schools had either a majority black staff or a diverse mix of gender and race in the staff. The one department that was always majority white male is science. I remember one coworker referred to herself as a unicorn because she was a black female physics teacher.
