I came here today to find out what happened to YBM. Sad, all the NYC-based mom boards have gone under. Can you actually find good advice on Reddit for NYC-mom type issues? Specifically, school issues? |

Ar one point people left Urban Baby for You Be Mom (You Be = UB). You Be Mom shut down a few months ago, but a mom from that forum created Why Be Mom (yes, a there's a theme). It's a live and kicking if full of trolls, but it definitely thas that UB/YBM vibe:

After Urban Baby there was YOUBEMOM for a long time, then it closed down and there was Whybemom. That closed down too and now there is nothing.  Unless there is something I am unaware of other than this site, for which I am grateful.
