| A federal judge has order Trump to sit for deposition by Carrill’s attorneys on Wednesday. Will he appear and assert his Fifth Amendment privilege? Or will he file a motion asking the Second Circuit to enjoin the deposition on the ground that the issue of his immunity under federal law is now before the DC Court of Appeals? If he appears and takes the Fifth this can be used against him as an evidentiary presumption because it is a civil proceeding. |
