Yes, the FBI probably did. And? |
And, yet they still used the information, including this false statement, as verified in their FISA warrant request......... |
Reread the FISA warrant application. |
Nope, A Russian not knowing the difference between Miami and Tampa is not what they used for the FISA warrant. Again, at least 70% plus of what was in the Steele dossier has been independently corroborated and is now known to be true. There were only a few minor and insignificant, nonsubstantive errors proven. Still some items unproven either way. But far from being "fake." |
Hasn't been proven fake. You keep saying that without any substance. Other investigative journalists have dug into some of the statements in the dossier and found that a lot of it is true. Nobody has actually ever proven it to be substantively fake. |
Nothing here is looking good for the Obama administration. |
There is nothing here. |
Please keep saying that to yourself. Did you tap the ruby slippers three times? |
Uncorroborated hence fake |
Former top FBI lawyer James Baker says FBI was worried about appearing to be BLACKMAILING Trump with Dossier. This is not good news for the Obama administration. |
Please. Use your brain. |
SMH |
Uncorroborated does not equal fake. Fake means fabricated or conjured up out of thin air. And, much of the Steel dossier, at this point, has been corroborated, so where does that leave you? |
No, they were trying to explain that the allegations of compromising information could be used as blackmail against Trump, not that they were trying to blackmail him. The problem was, Trump didn't say, "oh this is awful, let's get to the bottom of it, starting with contacts my people have had with Russians" - instead, Trump and his peopled LIED TO THE FBI about their contacts with Russians. The FBI knew this, hence the dilemma. |
Agree! It was also started with publicly available information that was then followed up with interviews. |
