Personally, I think they try to ram through a Kavanaugh vote but two Republicans defect (Murkowski and Collins).

I am betting the GOP is actually expecting a lot more to “surface” because the Democrats will do “whatever it takes” to derail this nominee.
Thursday is on. It will be a busy day.

I think the Democrats would create allegations against Jesus if he were the nominee.

These claims are past the SOL but that does not mean they shouldn't be taken seriously for a job on SCOTUS.
But, that being said, I do fear we are paddling up a creek we will not be able to go back down. First with no hearing for Garland (bad GOP optics) and now this (people see this as the Dems being desperate), i fear we will NEVER get a full court either due to elections coming up or something from high school coming out.

Meh .. probably in 2021.

Flake won't go along with it either, IMO.

I think it’s safe to say that at this point Jesus would vote Democrat.

People here are saying he needs to go because it is a "distraction" without any evidence this is credible, so when it happens and people say it is a "distraction" before knowing if it is credible, don't get mad.

Franken wasn’t nominated. He was elected. Same situation as the alleged wife-beater Keith Ellison.
Shall we take bets on if Ellison will be held accountable by the voters? Or by the DNC?

Allegations from an accuser are considered evidence.
