Her show is not that good. This is a terrible joke. But the double standard here is astounding. We either let the likes of Bill Mahar to speak outrageous things freely or we clean it up for everyone — no more Michelle Wolfe or SNL.

“Outrageous things” are different than racist slurs. Referring to an African American woman as an ape is in an entirely different stratosphere than making fun of Sarah Sanders’ smoky eye makeup.

That you and others are conflating barbed comments with slurs speaks volumes about how ignorant you and others are about racism and bigotry - or how completely desensitized you are to it. Or both.

Ted Cruz actually was Canadian. He gave his citizenship up in 2014.
