Orrin Hatch is tired of funding CHIP

Liberals really need to stop telling people who bring up valid questions .- such as redundant programs and government inefficiencies - to go to hell. They are just showing themselves to be nasty people.

DP. I think you should go to hell, too.

But I hope everyone in your kids’ classes gets their vaccinations and flu shots.

I'll never vote for a liberal again. They are so hateful, all,the while patting themselves on the back for caring about people.

perhaps if more "liberal" priorities such as health insurance for children and education were prioritized, you would know how to spell the word "typical"

I guess Orrin Hatch can continue oh his principled stance by repealing child labor laws so all those undeserving children without health insurance can earn money to buy it themselves.

**ps. he's a Mormon who voted to add tax deductions for wineries. I don't think much of his "principles."

I think people who live in shelters where all meals are provided for them and their children should have their food stamp allotment reduced as a result. That too is a redundant benefit.

Family A: Lives in subsidized housing but gets no food provided. Food stamps given: $350
Family B: Lives in family shelter where all three meals a day are provided by taxpayers. Food stamps given:'$350

That's an example of a redundant benefit. If all three meals are provided, why does the recipient need the same amount in food stamps as the person who has to buy her own food with food stamps? It's not like the taxpayers are a bottomless hole of funding. It's reasonable to question these areas of redundancy.

But no......liberals tell you to go to hell if you dare question government waste or inefficiency. I can't believe I used to to be a Democrat. Never again. I wouldn't want to associate myself with such deplorable people.

Maybe take some sunscreen and bottled water.

See? I care.

Apparently not. In the liberal world, taxpayers are just supposed to fork over as much money as liberals demand and never question whether programs could be streamlined without causing any loss of benefits. YOU go to hell.

It would be nice if you all ever applied to this philosophy to defense spending, which is a gargantuan portion of the federal budget compared to health insurance and food assistance for children.

+1 funny how caring about the health of children is considered a "liberal" thing by some on this forum.

unfortunately, to the GOP, the health of children is just not as important as giving more tax breaks to commercial and real estate developers and hedge fund managers.

You don't care that so many people are appalled by the hateful and condescending attitude of liberals and their cursing of Americans who dare raise a question about out-of-control entitlement programs that they voted your "ilk" out of office? You sure cared on Election Day. And you'll care again on Eection Day 2020.

The overlapping of entitlement programs and inefficiencies in delivery of federal benefits is a thing among conservatives. Liberals don't care how much money is wasted with redundancies as long as it is somebody else's money paying for it.

I think it's great that upper-middle income people might have to pay a few thousand dollars more in taxes. Lower-middle income people (two people living on less than $70k GROSS are LM in DMV) were screwed by Obamacare, and none of you liberals cared.
