Except the centuries old history of oppression would be going the other way than what was on display at Howard.

Nope. Trump is America's elected president. Whether you like it or not.

He's America's leader. PP isn't. Roe v Wade isn't. FSM isn't.

Supporting America's president is not trolling.

and they did NOTHING wrong. wearing a Trump hat on a college campus?

What would you say if some big black men were walking all around Forsyth County, GA with BLM gear? Likely someone would call the cops. Same exact thing.

And what will follow you the rest of your life -- and has already possessed you -- is that liberal brand of snide condescension and insecurity that brands everyone "unequal" unless the toe the line and follow the life you (presumably) chose for yourself. So narrow minded.

Not to worry. As soon as all the Confederate memorials are removed, there will be no more racism. Whew.

Well, there will at least be fewer shrines for racists to flock to. And fewer monuments to men who were so committed to enslaving other human beings that they waged war against their own country. So, yeah, a little less racism .... That makes you uncomfortable, doesn't it?

Seriously, you think removing some statues will lessen racism in this country. What makes me uncomfortable is that you are stupid enough to believe this and stop your more construction efforts to ameliorate racism.

What a hateful thing to say.

Why don't you direct your pearl clutching at these two racist clowns. Your sanctimony is showing.

NP: But does sanctimony really overrule your bitchiness. Most people in the United States do not attend college nor beauty school. Maybe they will join the military and swear to protect the likes of you despite your sad attitude toward them.

Not really. Seems pretty accurate given the context. They are not aware of or interested in the world, per their own words - what's college for them?

Nonsense. My son served our country in the Air Force and is still in the reserves and has a PhD - he is also a Liberal Democrat as are ALL of his friends. This idea that only under-educated Republicans serve in the military is ridiculous.

That pic is not from HU's campus. Looks like Fisk U another HCBU.

Yes, that has been pointed out several times. Did you attend Fisk or Howard on one of those special scholarships?

I agree - the first PP is accurate in her assessment. These girls will not be going to college nor could they even get into college or they would not be trolling like this.

Report what to who?

Yes, it was called the National Merit Scholarship.

The military is a refuge for barely-educated, racist white trash.

I am the poster who said that "maybe" the two young women would join the military. How do you deduce from that statement that these young women are "under-educated Republicans." Your Air Force son would be ashamed of your classist, political statement. He would tell you that sort of thinking is not tolerated in the military as it interferes with military discipline.

And you wasted it at Fisk or Howard?

Or they could be like me who left a town similar to their Pennsylvania town and worked as a GS-2 in the government, took classes at the Dept of Agriculture and eventually ended up with an MBA and now run a department with 137 employees. Most of these employees were like many of you who were given college tours, applied to as many schools as they wanted, had tuitions paid by parents or grandparents, had the 6 months post graduate tour of Europe, got into a top graduate program, and now work for me.
