A lot of homes in LA are decorated like this. It’s a cultural thing. Many cultures prefer much more bling or ornate furniture. Think marble floors, statues, gilded things, etc. You see this often.

If a retrial is ordered they will be freed. They will take a plea that caps their sentence to the time they have already served (30 plus years at this point) and they will be released.

I remember watching their trial live back in the day.

I personally do not think they should be released based on a letter one of them had written a cousin months prior.

Perhaps they were planning to murder their parents in the upcoming months & we’re setting up their crime.

Also I remember how they spent all of that money right after their parents passsd.
New cars, businesses, lessons, etc.
Those were not smart moves at all.

I do acknowledge that they could have been abused by their Father & if they were - then they have the right for their case to be re-examined.

They have served 35 years. Their conviction won’t be completely overturned, they will either get a retrial, which they will then plead out for the time they have already served, or they will get a new sentencing hearing at which they will be sentenced to the time they have already served.

Here's what I don't get: their second trial, the one that resulted in a conviction; that judge did not allow in evidence the many neighbors teatimony about possible abuse. Why?

b/c they weren't abused. They were spoiled sociopaths who wanted their inheritance. I think they enjoy the attention b/c they are probably bored in jail. I don't really care enough to watch or go in depth in any re-hashings of the case. Let them rot.

I remember back when the crime first broke and the coverage back then. They always looked so creepy to me. They had a history of burglaries and other crimes.

They very much premeditated it and planned it out for a long time. They really blew their mom apart---so many more shots.

Kim Kardashian is helping them. I find it all so weird.
