SWS Will keep DC in private school if i don't get into either school. |
Lamb is not common lottery so I'm assuming this isn't in order? |
Yes. I know it isn't as highly regarded as some of the other PCSs, but it's the only one within walking distance for us. |
It is in order of our preference. We've applied to LAMB separately, |
Interesting list - surprised to see Meridian so high. Good luck! |
Why are you putting Ross on at all? If you're out of bounds you're not getting in. |
| That poster had too many schools listed. |

Brookland:
ITS Stokes (French and Spanish) Two Rivers CMI DC Bilingual Cap City Shining Stars Lee Bridges Burroughs Bunker Hill (IB) |
Nice list. |

Yes, the fact that the director said that all seats will likely go to siblings is a factor, as is the commute. I can walk to Stokes, so if I have to pick, Stokes stays on the list. |
Not PP, but the commute to MV is a real pain in the neck from Brookland, in my opinion. Takes me about 20 minutes to get down there via N. Capitol and the streets around MV can be pure torture to get through. We were accepted to Mundo Verde two years ago and turned it down. I agree that PP has an excellent list. |
Stokes French and Spanish are separate selections now, so you have 13 on your list. Also, just to confirm that you know that Shining Stars is moving closer to you (since you're IB for Bunker Hill). |

For the posters who keep asking people re: why no MV - as someone who lives near MV, and has to drive by there daily, I can tell you the commute can be....challenging.
|
No she has 12 even counting Stokes twice |
