It looks like a Classic home. Could you please list any builders which are better than NDI, Classic, AV, Relux and Focal Point but not those high-end builders ?

Relux must not be clumped with the others. Relux is comparable to Stanley Martin and Evergreene Homes.

Not really, but nice to see you working it so hard.

Case in point, the new house below has not sold in almost 1.5 years.

And that's one of the better looking NDI homes. lol

NDI actual doesn't belong to the group although others in this group are kinda crappy. So this answers your question

It is on a very busy corner with no back yard. They haven't budged on the price since summer 2015. Been through multiple realtors. Even tried to rent it for $4000-5000.

Then who belong to the next group after Classic, AV, Relux and Focal Point? Is Capital City in the same group as CODA, JoyCustom, Artisan? is there any one in the group between them?

BCN has been doing some really nice custom homes like this one. They seem to be moving away from the cookie cutter craftmans that others like focal point are doing. First in first out I guess.

Why did they face all garages to the street. The best is two facing to the side and one behind facing to the front.

For example, Sekas and a bunch of other smallish builders

Sometimes the lot size does not allow side facing garage/s. Which is why larger lots are best. Most lots are just too close together - who wants that if you are spending your money on a brand new home? I would not want to be on top of my high strung neighbor. Just saying.

Larger lots aren't best if it means your commute is going to suck.
