Two different Sagatovs. George B. is the one who does the crazy big homes, although he seems to not be such a big thing anymore, is he even still in business? Yuri Sagatov does really fantastic contemporary homes. |

Depends on your price per square foot.
Classic and NDI seem to be the cheapest Focal Point and Sekas a bit higher Tradition and Buchanan Price next I'm sure lots of others higher up...this was where we hit our ceiling. |

I like the Focal Point homes. So many of the other builders aren't building anything under $2 million in McLean now, at least six bedrooms, etc. |

Are they related? You don't see too many contemporaries in McLean. There are a few, but not many. |

Wait. This is not all the same builder throughout the Reserve? Do they build from the same plan choices or something? Within certain parameters? They are similar houses, starting at 2.8+. |

Yup. No one is impressed anymore. Mostly because most people who custom build don't know WTF they are doing anyway. |

Focal Point is the Dead Run builder, OP. You might want to check them out. Though you did not mention your price point? Big difference! |

There are a number of different builders at the Reserve. The thing they share in common is that the big houses use most of the lot. |

I did not realize there were two of them. Assuming you are correct, George B was pretty old in 2007 when I met him. He may have retired. |
