Builder in Mclean

OP here, thanks for the suggestion!! Anyone had good or bad experience with these builders? Do they deliver on time? Do these builders tend to offer a lower price and then charge a lot for upgrades?

I lived in a Madison Homes town home in Tyson's. When we started looking for custom builder in the area, I knew exactly who I did not want to hire. The quality of construction was horrendous. It was only a fluke that we found out that they were the builder when we toured a model home they have/have in McLean. So glad we did.

Agree with Sagatov and Coda. There is also a builder on Dead Run who is putting up maybe 4 houses almost in a row, which are quite pretty. In the neighborhood across Churchill, there are quite a few NDI homes. It depends what part of McLean, OP, and what builder is relevant to what part.

Some of their single family homes in McLean are gorgeous and I'm guessing they pay more attention to detail in a $2 million single-family house than in a townhouse in Tysons.

We have a Buchanan-Price house and have been pleased. Not problem-free but no major problems, and the team was responsive.

Buchanan-Price is now everywhere.. they are probably on the expensive side.
