If he was guilty of Clementi's death, yes. But he is not.

On the other hand, Lori Drew was the cause of Megan Meier's death, and she is a free woman today.

I disagree. If he had been a white young man from say Poland or Italy, non citizen, he would be in the same boat.

Lori Drew didn't illegally tape or broadcast a private taping like Ravi. But she should have done a LOT of jail time too.
