Italy has denied use of an airbase in Sicily to US military craft carrying weapons for the war in the Middle East.

A source at the Italian defence ministry confirmed a report in Corriere della Sera that “some US bombers” had been due to land at Sigonella – a key US navy installation and Nato base – before heading to the Middle East.

So even though some conservatives have never liked Trump, they cannot see their way to voting in protest for a Democrat. I believe that this is firstly an information war, which has been waged for decades and has divided the public. We need to change laws in this country as to what represents news and what does not, and crack down on channels that present "entertainment" as news.

And now it comes out that France did not allow Israel to use its airspace to transport American weapons to be used in the war against Iran, a western diplomat and two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters on Tuesday.

Pakistan and China teaming up to start peace talks with 5-point list of actions USA must agree to.

So this is why trump had a tantrum this morning.

What about the role of education? Because it seems the ability to critically appraise information is the bigger problem.
