I was hoping for a secure border after all the Biden ridiculousness but there are still thousands of getaways crossing our southern border every month. Where is that wall Trump promised all those years ago? Trump term two = big time failure just like his first term. Everything that went wrong from January 2021 through January 2025 including the 2024 election disaster was 100% the fault of Joe Biden. Biden ended his VPs career just as Trump ended Pence and Vance's careers.

Kamala just posted this message. She is not running for governor of California. She did not rule out a presidential run. Reading between the lines, it does not sound to me like she will run. But most people in comments seem to think otherwise.

Unpopular opinion here, but I thought she was a great candidate, considering the circumstances. Trump already told us he cheated, but even if he didn’t, she only lost by 1.5 percentage points. After a whirlwind 100 day campaign and people pissed off from the get-go that she wasn’t primaried and refused to vote for her for that reason - which is no fault of her own. Sitting VPs historically do not have successful presidential campaigns.

Anyway, I would like to see what she is capable of as a candidate with a full campaign. She is, perhaps, the most qualified person in history to run for president.

Any normal Dem nominee nominated in normal fashion would have beaten Trump in 2024 due to Trump's historic weakness and low ceiling as a POTUS candidate. Biden made it impossible for any Dem nominee to be successful in 2024. If the GOP had nominated at least an average POTUS candidate in 2024, that candidate would have won in a historic landslide manner. Trump's weakness made the 2024 election results much closer than they should have been.

The fact that Trump was nominated three consecutive times by the GOP and won two of those three POTUS elections tells you all you need to know about how dysfunctional the GOP and Dem Parties currently are.

This. Trump cheated in 2016 and it worked. He cheated in 2020 but it wasn’t enough. So in 2024, he overplayed his hand and “won” every swing state. Which should be a major red flag to anyone who has half a brain cell.

Anyone who thinks it is unrealistic, I implore you to look at the big picture for a change. Trump literally cannot do anything at all without cheating and breaking rules, so why would this be any different? Look at his connections to voting machines and the way he pandered to the big tech guys. Read between the lines of so many comments he and Musk made. Look at all the data and polls that turned out to be massively “wrong” - even the ones that have always been reliable. Listen to people who are saying their vote was changed or not counted. The candidate matters. And it’s incredibly dumb for Democrats to fixate on racial and gender boxes. The number of voters who would only vote for a white man is vanishingly small. Get a good candidate and 90 percent of Americans wouldn’t give a damn about their race or gender.
