We have to get back to a balance for the kids who aren't really college bound, so they are set up for success on an alternate path instead of failure.

Kirk is no more a propagandist than Colbert, Stewart, Noah, Karine Jean Pierre, Joy Behar, Rachel Maddow, or any of the other propagandists you choose to follow blindly.
